Nour Elhefnawy

My name is Nour Elhefnawy. I’m 16 years old, and I’ve been playing squash for almost 10 years. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion that shaped who I am today. Over the years, I’ve trained hard, competed in many tournaments, and pushed myself to grow both on and off the court.

One of my proudest moments was winning first place at the German Junior Open. That achievement meant a lot to me—not just because of the title, but because it reflected all the dedication and effort I’ve put into the sport.
